UAB Klaipėdos Kartono Tara has undertaken to protect user privacy and your rights. We process your Personal data according to this Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy), following applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (hereinafter – GDPR) and applicable Lithuanian national data protection legislation.
Your Personal Data refers to any information that can be used to identify you (hereinafter – Personal Data). We are the processors of the Personal Data, which falls into the field of application of this Policy. This Policy applies to the website of UAB Klaipėdos Kartono Tara.
Personal Data that we collect, use, transfer, and protection measures.

We process your personal data if you provide it for us at your free will, e.g. within the scope of your e-mails to us, when you order our goods and services, or by contacting us by phone/SMS. In certain cases, we already process your personal data that you have provided to us before, e.g. if you are our current or former client. We will process the personal data, provided by you, according to this Privacy Policy and applicable legislation. Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than established at the time of receiving the data, unless we obtain your additional consent or such use is established by the law. For the implementation of the agreement – applicable, when your personal data processing is necessary to fulfil our obligations to you under the agreement.

Despite all of our efforts, it is impossible to consider all possible threats and guarantee absolute personal data safety. Seeking to ensure the maximum personal data safety, access to your personal data will be granted only to those of our employees that process your personal data, based on the ‘need to know’ principle. Persons, processing your personal data, have undertaken to comply with personal data processing requirements.
We put all possible efforts to ensure that your personal data is processed only:

We may review and update this Privacy Policy considering our personal data protection measures. Each time upon conducting a Privacy Policy update, we will update the ‘Last updated’ field at the top of the Policy.
