UAB Klaipėdos Kartono Tara has undertaken to protect user privacy and your rights. We process your Personal data according to this Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy), following applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (hereinafter – GDPR) and applicable Lithuanian national data protection legislation.
Your Personal Data refers to any information that can be used to identify you (hereinafter – Personal Data). We are the processors of the Personal Data, which falls into the field of application of this Policy. This Policy applies to the website of UAB Klaipėdos Kartono Tara.
Personal Data that we collect, use, transfer, and protection measures.

We process your personal data if you provide it for us at your free will, e.g. within the scope of your e-mails to us, when you order our goods and services, or by contacting us by phone/SMS. In certain cases, we already process your personal data that you have provided to us before, e.g. if you are our current or former client. Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than established at the time of receiving the data, unless we obtain your additional consent or such use is established by the law. For the implementation of the agreement – applicable, when your personal data processing is necessary to fulfil our obligations to you under the agreement.
On the basis of legislation – applicable, when we must process your personal data according to the law or other legislation, such as: for tax accounting purposes, providing data to public administration institutions or the police.

The right to be informed and rectification. You have a right to get acquainted with your personal data that we process. While processing your personal data, we use organisational and technical data safety measures and procedures, the purpose of which is to protect your personal data from illegal loss, improper use, change or destruction. Despite all of our efforts, it is impossible to consider all possible threats and guarantee absolute personal data safety. Seeking to ensure the maximum personal data safety, access to your personal data will be granted only to those of our employees that process your personal data, based on the ‘need to know’ principle. Persons, processing your personal data, have undertaken to comply with personal data processing requirements.
We put all possible efforts to ensure that your personal data is processed only:

We may review and update this Privacy Policy considering our personal data protection measures. Each time upon conducting a Privacy Policy update, we will update the ‘Last updated’ field at the top of the Policy. You always have a right to submit a complaint regarding improper data processing to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

We do not share your personal data with third parties, unless that is required to provide services to you, to fulfil your requests, for our reasonable business needs and (or) if that is established by the law. This includes:
Our service providers: We share your personal data to third parties that provide us services, e.g. our IT maintenance service providers, our website hosting service providers, our accounting service providers, consultants, legal advisors and other providers of goods and services. We work with these third parties and they have been transferred your personal data for processing.
